• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Deposit may be required
• Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours
• Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is not attended
• If the appointment starts late causing the treatment time to be reduced, the full price will still be charged
• Please make staff aware of any allergies, contagious conditions or medical requirements prior to the start of the treatment
• No refunds will be issued after leaving the premises
• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items while on the premises
